About Lina Bayazid

Lina is a proud mother of two, she went through the parenting journey of raising two children who became two good people.

She is a Teacher and Parent Coach. She teaches educators and parents how to support children in acquiring 21st-century skills and the needed characteristics to raise self-confident, well-balanced and self-accepting children.

Lina is Curricula and teaching resources designer. She is also an Oxford Author. She has worked on creating The Oxford Reading Program in Arabic for Early Years, Foundation Stage and Lower Primary.

She has worked as a UNICEF consultant and created a curriculum for the Elementary stage for vulnerable and refugee children.

She has worked with children for more than fifteen years as a Montessori and IB PYP teacher, Kindergarten and Elementary stages, guiding students to discover their abilities. 

She has also served in The International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (PYP) as an English Homeroom Teacher at Ajman Academy in the UAE. She has been recognized for her significant contribution as a Montessori Kindergarten teacher at a Montessori school in Damascus, Syria.

She is an Apple Teacher; who uses technology in 21st-century classrooms. She is currently working as an Educational Lead and Consultant at Kenzandmom.

Lina Bayazid has conducted several teacher training workshops with Taleem Razi Education for BSME (British Schools in the Middle East), and with MoE in UAE.  

Volunteering Work: Worked with Suriyat Across Borders (non-profit organisation), taught refugees, children and youth in Amman, Jordan.

After two years of hard work, here comes the Oxford Arabic Phonics Class Pack. Working with Oxford University Press was a great honour, the task force was a great example of cooperation and teamwork. We are so grateful for having the strength to accomplish this program.
